Tech/ Diploma in Printing technology is preferred.2.    Interest to pursue a career in Printing Technology/Graphic Art Industry especially in servicing of Printing equipment3.    Understanding of offset/sheetfed/large format printing machineries would be added advantage4.    Excellent business communication in English is preferred5.    Willing to work from home and job role requires to travel extensively.6.    Demonstrate team-spirit and willing to learn from fellow colleagues on all deliverables to optimize the results.Key Responsibilities:1.    Ability to understand requirements, advise plan and technical solutions as per compliance and guidelines.2.    Understand customers job requirements and analyze the nature of service assignment and close the call with minimum possible time.3.    Organizing and proper usage of tools & gauges4.    Support all scheduling of regular PPM activities5.    Learn and deliver as per analysing the nature of service assignment.6.    Right recommendation for spare parts7.    Preparation of service report8.    Learn to recommended testing procedures9.    Be prepared to get trained to deliver high level of technical service to support both internal and external customers in installations and servicing of equipment 10.    Collaborate to support sales operation with respect to technical issues, customer complaints and sales opportunities.11.    Develop customer support standards by ensuring first time fix of service issues, improved customer response time and efficiently manage overall customer satisfaction.12.    Timely escalation of service issues regular follow-up with all concerned and strive to bring the issues to their logical conclusion13.    Promotion of service contracts.
