Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Team Lead
Job Description:
As a ServiceNow Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, mentoring and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions and the platform operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure that ServiceNow applications meet business requirements and are aligned with the organization's IT strategy, as well as ensure smooth operations of the platform along with our external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the local team of ServiceNow solution architects, developers, and operations specialists. 
Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions, including architecture, validation, and documentation.
Analyze business needs and requirements to create technical solutions that meet business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and deliver technical solutions.
Provide expertise in ServiceNow best practices and ensure adherence to industry standards and guidelines.
Develop and oversee project plans and schedules to drive successful implementations.
Communicate and present complex technical solutions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Provide mentorship and guidance to ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Perform code reviews and ensure the quality of technical deliverables.
Develop project plans and estimates and manage project resources and schedules.
Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow architect or consultant.
Strong technical understanding of ServiceNow platform, including administration, development, and integrations.
Hands on experience in implementing complex integration using IPAAS solutions such as MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Dell Boomi.
Define and maintain platform technical governance policies (such as developer guide)
Generate data models for the solution implemented.
Technical supervision to the delivery team.Proven experience designing and architecting complex ServiceNow solutions.
Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading teams and managing project deliverables.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to develop solutions.
