We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist
In this role, you will:
- Individual would be mainly working on vendor application (Moodys Risk Foundation) which is used to create regulatory reporting submission format i.e. XBRL - (Extendible business reporting language)
- Analyze the vendor product to understand new regulatory changes and implement the same within stipulated agile delivery model.
- Performing root cause analysis to understand the core issues raised as defect / production incidents and determine how to resolve it
- Review associates’ risks (Operational, compliance, financial) and identify opportunities to improve resilience and efficiency of IT services.
- Provide support across the end-to-end delivery, utilising the skills and expertise to carry out software development, testing and operational support activities with the ability to move between these according to demand.
- Working with Ops, Dev and Test Engineers to ensure operational issues (performance, operator intervention, alerting, design defect related issues, etc.) are identified and addressed at all stages of a product or service release / change.
- Ensure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions delivered. Actively drive the mandatory exercises from time to time on resilience, recovery and service management.
- Should oversee and ensure all the IT General Controls (e.g. SDLC, DEPL, etc) are followed and be able to provide evidence when required by audit reviews from time to time.
