We are looking for an energized professional with experience working in international multidisciplinary digital teams in Scaled Agile environments. You have experience in technically leading complex programs in the digital asset management space, delivered via several partners plus a focus on professional customers. You have strong experience in Aprimo (Digital Asset Management). You are highly oriented to delivering results quickly, effectively, and with first time-right focus on quality.

a team with Digital IT focused on product content management, enabling global marketers to manage, validate (marketing/ legal/ regulatory), share and publish digital assets and products. This role sits within the Digital Foundation Content team, responsible for the Philips Asset Library (PAL), Philips Product Library (PPL) and the various integrations between this and the core landscape (including .com, e-comm, retailers and beyond).

You will be responsible for:

• Support Intake business requirements and deliver solution design together with BPO, Solution Architects, Platform Solution Managers, Project Manager and other key stakeholders.
• Work closely with DevSecOps Managers, Platform Solution Managers & Domain leads in supporting solution/release planning and other agile phases. 
• Support Product Owner, Solution Architect in grooming and solution design including NFRs
• Estimation, validation and help drive feature driven development with scrum teams. 
• Ensuring high quality backlog, boosting the performance of scrum teams. 
• Support business in demonstrating the capabilities, training, deployments, onboarding business/ markets & change management
• Accountable that the solutions design/ technology meets the functional and non-functional requirements with focus on reusability, reliability, security and performance.
• Involvement in peer review, demo and other scrum ceremonies
• Responsible to validate test strategy and plan, test cases, automation, regression and test execution. 
• Raise impediments on time to leads and support resolution
• Endorses the content of the release (including NFRs) prior to release and manages interdependency with other programs. 
• Support Operations and business with SME Expertise during crisis management for business continuity across global time zones.
• Support Platform Landscape upgrades, improvements to stay aligned with OEM guidelines. 
• Ensures solution guidelines are up to date in knowledge repository/wiki
• Stay current with market knowledge on platform technology curve

• Review and ensure world class quality of the deliverables

We are looking for:

An energized and highly motivated member who has a strong background in the following:

• 4+ years’ experience in Aprimo DAM (Digital asset management), data integrations and/or IT program management. Working with Aprimo APIs for customizations.
• 6+ years of work experience in C# development with .NET Core/.Net.
• 3+ years of experience in Azure development with PAAS components like, Functions, Web Apps, Service Bus, Storage, Redis Cache, SendGrid, etc
• 1+ years of work experience in React with Redux and Typescript (optional)
• .Net/Full stack developer with Aprimo DAM experience
• Having knowledge of Content publishing to CDN is a plus
• Understanding of other development/scripting languages such as JavaScript, XML, JSON.
• Real time experience in Aprimo Data Modelling, Assets, Classifications, User Management, Security modelling, Field Definitions, Settings/Configurations, DAM New UI, etc.
• Building application based of Aprimo Rest Api communication
• Have a thorough understanding of system design principles, design patterns and SDLC.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills coupled with an independent, methodical approach to work.
• Professional experience with Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks, DevSecOps methodologies, Lean principles & continuous improvement mindset. Experience in Azure DevOps is a plus.
• PR management/approvals in git flow.
• Have excellent communication skills and a customer centric attitude combined with problem solving and pragmatic attitude
• Self-driven, motivated, and able to independently lead towards results.
• A team player who knows how to act in the different layers of an international organization.
