2.1. To follow current Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Documentation Practices.
2.2. To adhere with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) while documenting Facility Maintenance activities.
2.3. To execute preventive and corrective maintenance in partner with Facility Maintenance Engineer on monthly basis & under the guidance of Facility Maintenance Manager.
2.4. To raise request & get spares parts & materials issued from Facility Maintenance stores team
2.5. To execute tasks based on service logs & work orders which are generated in Maximo system & send updates to Facility Maintenance Engineer & Manager for closure.
2.6. To monitor physically the activities which are to be performed by vendor anywhere on the site/shop floor.
2.7. To adhere strictly with safety guidelines & norms during execution of maintenance work.
2.8. To make a list of pending work and ensure its closure in the given time frame.
2.9. To communicate & share progress of assignment tasks to Facility Maintenance team in tier meetings on daily basis.
