Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
- NX CAM Tool hands on Experience
- 4 to 8 Years of manufacturing engineering experience, current technical Skills in Manufacturing environment with CNC Shop floor experience.
- Candidate should be well Versed in CNC cycle programming, Manual programming, wire edm, grinding,tooling etc.
- Required Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc controller programming and machining experience.
- Knowledge in PDM-Team center environment.
- Excellent problem solving and project management skills.
- Ability to work well in fast paced , dynamic environment.
- Analytical skill to provide technical solution in machining domain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Proficiency in collaborating with global teams
- Adaptability to work effectively under pressure
Jobs and responsibilities are detailed below:
- Creation of CAM resources (tools, clamping devices,etc).
- Troubleshooting software to identity issues through analysis of software logs , System logs,etc.
- Provide engineering solution to the product group to resolve manufacturing problems.
- Validate the NC Program in real time virtual simulation software (CSE).
- Provide the required technical guidance to the team members for executing the Projects.
- Working or experience with NX Post development would be added advantage.
Qualifications
Educational qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech
Experience : 4-8yrs
Mandatory/requires Skills : CAM manufacturing
Preferred Skills : advantage (optional): Linux System Administrator experience
