Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team dedicated to PeopleSoft enhancement, specifically for the Order to Cash module.
  • Understanding of financial accounting principles and chart of Accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the O2C process
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for the O2C process, ensuring thorough coverage of all functional areas.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, Regional Process Owners, and development teams to understand requirements and align testing efforts with project goals.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of test cases, scripts, and documentation for the O2C module.
  • Ensure the team follows best practices in testing, including test case design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage the lower environment, including data preparation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance on techniques and PeopleSoft functionality.
  • Collaborate with other CRM teams to ensure integration testing across modules is comprehensive and effective.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ERP testing and PeopleSoft updates.

Required Qualifications:


  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Accounting / IT / Engineering with an experience range of 12-15 years.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a manager role 
  • In-depth knowledge of the Order to Cash - Billing, Account Receivables, Revenue Recognition, Project Costing and its implementation in PeopleSoft.
  • Technical Experience of PS Query, Application Engine, Table structure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders, including finance professionals and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with test management tools (ADO), defect tracking systems, and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a critical function in our organization's ERP implementation and maintenance efforts. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our PeopleSoft Order to Cash processes.
