The position / About the Job:


In this job the Team Manager Order Handler would be responsible for:


  • To acknowledge orders with correct price and Lead time within the set response time for Standard specification.
  • Maintain the delivery commitments as per PSA
  • Maintaining the accuracy of BOM
  • Ensure the proactive communication with the external customer & within the department
  • Update customers & organization with any deviation in delivery, specification, etc.
  • To keep the cell status board up-to-date
  • Close co-ordination with Logistics and IMPEX for dispatches
  • Monitor DOTp , DOTi & OFLTd
  • Updating Equipment traceability monthly & quarterly.
  • In- built documentation & its updation .
  • Monthly updation of GDT.

Order Processing:


  • Validate received order in ALICE
  • Order entry into system by creation of BOM
  • Sending order confirmation to customer
  • Update of Order confirmation & follow up for unconfirmed orders
  • Access available capacity before acknowledging the order
  • Late order management
  • Spare order entry
  • Inform logistics for shipment
  • Progress reviews & timely highlighting Constraints
  • Arranging monthly review meetings with E & S & Market segments

Chess Board and DSS Updation:


  • Updation of Chess Board
  • Updation of ALICE
  • Updation of Spare Orders

Communication:


  • Weekly meetings with planner for next 3 week delivery and proactively communicate potential delay to customer.
  • Monthly production plan for all departments.
  • PSW report.
  • Updation of monthly delivery schedule on share.
  • Monthly order intake and deliveries with Local and Export bifurcation.
  • Monthly DPMO communication to ALPS driver.
  • Monthly updation and communication of equipment traceability.
  • Non-standard order review and follow up
  • Spare, FSOA, Thane order review , follow up & communication
  • Compiling Enquiries, Offers, TCs,
  • Follow up with customers for Delivery Address

Sb Delivery Board:


  • Keeping the SB Delivery Board up to date.
  • Three PRP per month.
  • FTM reporting and analysis.
  • Follow the ALPS guidelines.
  • Attend other CSBs as per requirement

Who you are?


As a Tea Manager _ Order Handler based in Pune you are responsible to deliver result and meeting customer expectation, should be adaptive, persuading influencing and proactive in nature.


What you can be?


  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ Production with 4-8 years of experience.
  • Product Knowledge
  • Communication Skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams & external customers.
  • Planning & organizing skills.
