Team Leader - Procure to Pay (Travel & Expense)

Role Purpose:
Lead a team of expense management professionals responsible for in country employee expense reimbursement programs, processes, policies, and administrative matters across multiple regions. Develop strategic plans to drive value across T&E as part of the Global Expense Management Centre of Excellence based on understanding Kimberly Clark’s business unit needs, end-to-end processes, infrastructure requirements, and benchmarking
Role Accountabilities:
Lead a team of multi regional T&E professional analysts
Coordinate transactions and/or system support for Expense Management to administer corporate, virtual and p cards
Provide guidance regarding expense and VAT-related issues
Work with local teams to understand requirements and customize expense processes accordingly
Coordinate employee expense reimbursement programs, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
Ensure consistent policy enforcement for Travel, Expense, Meetings and Events and other related areas across regions and manage exception handling for escalations
Deliver high-performance execution of Concur Expense, Oversight, Corporate Cards and P-Cards administration among all other related and relevant requirements
Partner and collaborate with regional expense managers, finance, compliance, and internal audit teams to implement fraud prevention measures and policy enforcement in TEMF (Travel, Expense, Meetings and Fleet)
Work based on the objectives and deliverables set out by the Global Expense Manager
Monitor expense trends, violations, and risk areas, and recommend policy updates or improvements as needed
Lead training, change management and communication efforts on policies and best practices for employees.
Expertise in expense management software including Concur, Oversight and SAP
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in expense processes
Experience with VAT reclamation processes and compliance requirements
Knowledge of corporate card program management and administration, including setting up new accounts and maintaining compliance
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work with stakeholders such as finance teams, management, and vendors.
Effective project management skills to ensure timely completion of projects and effective expense process management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing expense processes and VAT reclamation
Strong understanding of corporate card program management
Experience with optimization and improvement of expense processes
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of project management methodologies
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
