We are a team of young, enterprising leaders with experience working at some of India's leading startups over the years.
Role Overview
We are looking for absolute sales leader who are comfortable with overseas education.
Key Responsibilities
1.  Building a high-performance sales team - hiring, training, performance management
2.  Lead a team of Inside Sales executives
3.  Manage sales-ops -> processes, incentives, sales tool stack (telephony, CRM etc)
4. Manage the team to drive output
Preferred Requirements
 1. Should have led a team with at least 10 direct reports.
 2.  4 years of work experience in inside sales with 1 year experience in team handling.
 3.  Strong preference for folks with Edtech experience.
 4. Strong communication.
