ABOUT THIS JOB
The role is in place to support the Manager with the day to day running of the Quality team, with the focus on quality feedback, training and administration tasks. This role would suit someone who is organized, analytical and has a methodical approach to problem solving .

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Planning and organising the team to ensure SLAs are achieved
  • Ensure there is a full understanding of coding rules across the teams
  • Report problems to line Manager and help to resolve them
  • Analyse quality and productivity reports to ensure targets are met
  • Provide feedback to the coding team in a constructive and supportive manner
  • Assist Manager in ensuring the team are constantly improving
  • Identifying problem areas and deliver training
  • Able to help with basic production tasks if needed
  • Ensure documentation is kept up to date
  • Ensure IT issues are raised appropriately
  • Recommend enhancements, changes to software and applications to make processes more efficient and eliminate data quality risks.
  • Recommend guideline reviews based on analysis of data inputs and research reports.
  • Coach and mentor direct reports.
  • Recommend personnel actions including hiring, termination, promotion and merit increases.
  • Coordinate training and re-training efforts for associates on team.

  • Strong skills in attention to detail
  • Planning and organizing skills are essential to ensure all SLAs are achieved
  • Delivery focused
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be competent in using the Google suite    
  • Good basic numeracy skills
  • Fluent in English (UK accent comprehension is a must)
  • Demonstrate both strong results focus and sensitive people skills
  • Be flexible and open to change
