Job Description

Main Responsibilities
•Responsible for leading regional Regulatory Information Management (RIM) team: Analysis, negotiation, planning & ensuring timely completion of requests. Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and set deadlines and oversee day-to-day operations.
•Ensure work instructions & checklist are followed as defined for each process across domains to ensure validity & integrity of information.
•Monitoring team performance & timely execution of activities of different sub-teams within defined SLAs/TATs.
•Responsible for maintaining high data quality, compliance, and consistency of activities across different sections.
•Utilize statistical tools for analyzing records and preparation of daily/weekly/monthly & yearly reports as requested by management.
•Proactively communicate, take feedback and engage with respective local/Regional SHEQ manager.
•Overseeing the development and implementation of efficient procedures with attention to all technical aspects and drive improvements under Quality Management System.
•Recommend improvement to the existing procedures and Work Instructions, identify needs, gaps and recommend solutions for continuous improvement of processes.
•Execute effective change management program for applicable processes as and when required due to regulatory updates or business requirements.
•Drive a culture for continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and efficiency.
•Coach, mentor and provide feedback to your team members during monthly 1:1s and support them in their professional growth and development.
•Discover training needs and design upskilling plan for team members based on the Career Development plan (CDP).
•Responsible for motivating team members to actively participate in team activities & other assigned tasks.
•Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Open to take feedback from team and resolve any issues or conflicts
•Motivate team members, recognize high performance, and nominate for R&R to management.



Qualification & Skills:
•Minimum qualification- Master’s degree in science (Any Specialization) with work experience of minimum
5 years’ experience related to product stewardship, chemical regulations & hazard communication.
•Proven people leadership skills to manage a diverse, qualified team.
•Pro-active and flexible individual with strong technical & analytical skills, seeking to get things done and at the same time deal with a high variety of tasks.
•Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving skills with sense of ownership.
•Detail orientated, highly organized, able to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
•Excellent time management skills to follow different assigned targets.
•Ability to interact at all levels within the organization. Diplomacy and get the collaboration of the internal & external stakeholders.
•Demonstrate strong level of knowledge & understanding of EMEA, APAC & Americas Hazard communication & transport regulations (UN-RTDG, ADN, ADR, DOT, IATA, IMDG, etc.)
•Good understanding of Regulatory compliance & Regulatory Trade Controls for all geographies.
•Comfortable to work in fixed & rotational shifts, including night shifts.
•Excellent knowledge of English, written and oral and Proficiency in French or Spanish will be added advantage.
•Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Awareness on QMS ISO 9001:2015, Six sigma process will be an added advantage
