The Opportunity:
We are looking for a dedicated Team lead to coordinate our Loan Processing team, ensure the team's monthly/quarterly targets are met, and support the management.
The team lead will perform sales, management, and administrative tasks, such as maintaining your team’s performance, recruiting and training staff, and monitoring inventory. To be successful as a sales lead, you should have excellent sales and leadership skills, as well as strong customer service skills. You should also have a thorough knowledge and understanding of lending. Understanding on LAP - “Loans against property” will be a plus.
What You’ll Be Doing Every Day:
Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor new sales staff, assign specific tasks, and monitor team performance to meet sales targets.
Customer Service: Address customer complaints, answer inquiries, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Reporting:Prepare and present performance reports for senior management.
Sales Support: Assist in promoting and selling products and services, while maximizing sales opportunities.
Operational Tasks:Oversee inventory management, including stocking shelves, setting up displays, and ensuring proper documentation.
Staff Development:Provide constructive feedback, motivate team members, and foster a competitive yet collaborative work environment.
Problem-Solving: Assist staff in resolving customer issues effectively.
Strategic Contribution:Support strategic planning and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
What You Bring to the Table:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in the lending or fintech industry as a sales leader.
Strong sales skills with a keen business acumen and commercial awareness.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
Proficiency in time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
