Job Title : Team Lead – Field Services & Power Academy

What are my responsibilities?
1.Customer Service tag comes with Empathy to support the customer by taking care of contractual obligations and organizational capabilities in mind
2.Pursuing and achieving the set business KPIs
3.Take active participation in Growth of CS by leading team of creative & enthusiastic minds
4.Responsible for Proposals & Revenue for Site Services related to Medium & Low Voltage Panels includes activities like Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance. 
5.Responsible for Proposals & Revenue for Trainings under Power Academy India TD as a leader
6.Enable growing business by,
•Effectively remote Monitoring & Control of team as 80% of the team is always on site
•Lead the team of order management & proposals
•Collaborating with Segments within SI EA, SI EP CS & Other Service Segments across the organization
•Visiting Sites as & when Necessary to guide and motivate the Service Team, Be lighthouse to ensure Zero Harm Culture
•Defining & ensuring governance and control on Field Services & Power Academy business
•Developing & Managing team of Service Engineers (reporting directly/indirectly, internal/external)
7.Collaborate with IT teams & HQ for development and deployment of tools for continuous improvement in transparency and EHS
8.Must be conversant in EHS guidelines and Implementation 
9.Coordinate with QM&GCC for portfolio support for repairs (PA, AIS & GIS) & Spare Parts (PA)
10.Contribute towards identification of New Business i.e. Spare, Services Etc. by providing Recommendations, no. of Installed Base, Age of Installation Etc.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
•Electrical/Mechanical engineer with at least 10-12 years of relevant experience
•Must have firsthand experience Site Services related to Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Maintenance for MV/LV AIS/GIS
•Should be familiar with Market, Customer Base within India 
•Excellent in Collaboration (Remote), Communication and Presentation Skills
