We are looking for an experienced and driven Enterprise Cloud Sales Team Lead to manage a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth in cloud solutions. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a strong background in enterprise cloud sales and team management. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing strategies, and driving cloud adoption among enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cloud sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, encouraging continuous development and performance improvement.
New Business Development:
- Identify new opportunities for cloud service sales across assigned regions or sectors.
- Support your team in prospecting and qualifying leads to expand the customer base.
Account Management:
- Oversee the management and growth of relationships with large enterprise clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a senior point of contact to resolve escalated client issues and ensure long-term partnerships.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase cloud solution adoption and revenue within enterprise accounts.
- Align team efforts with overall business objectives and report on sales performance and pipeline.
Sales Process Oversight:
- Guide the team in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and product demos to contract negotiations and deal closures.
- Ensure all team members effectively manage their sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and close large, complex deals.
Customized Cloud Solutions:
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop tailored cloud solutions that meet clients' unique business needs and challenges.
- Present compelling value propositions to drive cloud service adoption.
Revenue & Growth:
- Ensure the team achieves and surpasses individual and collective sales quotas.
- Provide performance coaching to continually improve sales effectiveness.
Market Insights:
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the cloud space.
- Share insights with the team to enhance sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 6+ years of enterprise cloud sales experience with a proven track record of managing and leading a successful sales team.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets in the cloud or technology solutions space.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with a focus on mentoring and performance improvement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and the ability to articulate their value to enterprise clients.
- Solid grasp of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and CRM systems.
