About the job


Join as a Team Lead Offboarding and Client Exit, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of client service and uphold our reputation for excellence.


Responsibilities


Lead and manage the Offboarding and Client Exit team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Oversee the entire client offboarding process, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure all client exit activities meet regulatory and company standards.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the offboarding process, focusing on efficiency and client experience.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client exits, identifying areas for improvement.
Handle complex client exit cases, providing solutions and ensuring a smooth transition.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices related to client offboarding.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and proactive problem-solving.
Act as a point of escalation for client issues, resolving them promptly and effectively.
Ensure all documentation and client communications are accurate, clear, and professional.

As a person you are known for your outmost professionalism, integrity and trustworthiness. You are a curious, collaborative and outgoing person that thrives in different environments.


  • Total required experience of 7-12 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of Team leadership and managing projects / improvement initiatives across various functions is required.
  • Strong understanding of client life cycle and ability to work with complex situations
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills

It will be an advantage if you have knowledge or hands-on experience within some of the following areas:


Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Familiarity with CRM and client management systems.
Familiarity with Data protection regulations globally
