Go-To-Market Capabilities (GTMC) Hub is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in Hyderabad, India and is set up to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. Deliverables support planning and decision making across multiple functional areas such as finance, manufacturing, product development and commercial. In addition to ensuring high-quality deliverables, our team drives synergies across the franchises, fosters innovation and best practices, and creates solutions to bring speed, scale and shareability to our planning processes.
We are looking for a Team Lead to support our analytics and reporting team. Robust analytics and reporting are priorities for our businesses, so it is essential to have someone who understands and aspires to implement innovative analytics techniques to drive insights generation across the GBUs.
Key Responsibilities
This role will be responsible to create synergies and provide functional and operational direction to multiple processes across the various GBU operations and therapy areas, so that the cost savings are achieved with deliveries optimized through multi-layered teams.
Experience : 12+ years of relevant work experience, with a solid understanding of principles, standards, and best practices of Pharma Commercial Analytics.
Technical skills and Soft Skills:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in areas such as Information Science/Operations/Management/Statistics/Decision Sciences/Engineering/Life Sciences/ Business Analytics or related field.
Languages: Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken
