Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • To maintain the Master list of Projects updated with the key inputs like the status of every sales order line for systems ( i.e. Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, inspection, etc. ), Estimated Dispatch Date, Order Booking Date, etc.
  • To Prepare the Weekly Report based on Key Metrics like orders booked in the Week, Sales completed, Fabricator Capacity, Complaints from Customers, Delivery performance
  • To Prepare the Monthly Sales plan, with the Probability %, and submit it to the Manager.
  • Conduct the Weekly review of the Execution engineer for Every line of Seal Systems booked in SAP, and understand the bottlenecks in the execution
  • Support the execution engineer in resolving the issues in Manufacturing, Inspection, Dispatches of Systems, Procurement
  • Review the Cycle count results prepared by the Store in charge, every month and take action on the Positive Inventory ( Write Back ) and Negative Inventory (Write-off), Present the results to Finance every month.


Duties & Responsibilities

Skills & Experience:


  • Monitor the EQMS every week for customer complaints raised, about seal support systems and close the Quality incidents ASAP with the appropriate RCA & CAPA.
  • Monitor the Sales Arrears every week and intervene for the earliest resolution of bottlenecks for the invoicing.
  • Monitor the performance of Subcontractors ( SEPL, ATC, RSA, EF, Technel) based on OTIF/OTD, COPQ, and inventory accuracy and improve the performance to the level of set KPIs, by providing the utmost support from the JC side.
  • Monitor the Performance of team members and put training plans and improvement plans (if needed ) in place and make sure the team members achieve the set goals and performance level as per their individual KPI.
  • Monitor & Maintain smooth communication with the cross-functional teams and resolve disputes among the teams
  • Develop the Subcontractor Capacity for systems manufacturing as per the forecasted orders and a New Subcontractor to be developed for Dry Gas Seal Systems in Pune.
  • Managing the Team of Execution engineer & store
  • Manufacturing of sealant Systems ( Wet/Dry)
  • Achieving project Deliverables (Time,Cost,Quality)
  • Inventory, stock accuracy, and reconciliation for the goods stored at vendor locations.
  • Managing the IMS surveillance and recertification audit for seal systems operation
