Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our fulfillment operations team. As a Team Lead, you will focus on four key areas: safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations of your department, ensuring alignment with overall building objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to meet building objectives
- Collaborate with other Area Managers to balance labor and optimize shift efficiency
- Support safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance to maintain a safe work environment
- Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
