Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and dynamic teachers for any subject who are passionate about education and fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment. You will contribute to student development, encourage independent thought, and support our educational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Implementation: Deliver lessons according to the curriculum and promote active and participatory learning.
• Lesson Planning: Create detailed lesson plans for diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Student Assessment: Regularly assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other faculty members and participate in school meetings and events.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with teaching methodologies and participate in training opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experience Level: 1-5 years of teaching experience preferred for various subjects.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area; a Master's degree is an advantage.
• B.Ed. qualification is required.

Screening Process:

• Written Test: Subject-specific exam to assess knowledge and teaching aptitude.
• Teaching Demonstration: Candidates will present a teaching demonstration to showcase instructional skills.
