Management Level Definition:

In the Finance division, our reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as USGAAP-reporting. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner

What you’ll do:

• All aspects of U.S. international tax compliance, including earnings & profits calculations, Subpart F computations, foreign tax credit, source of income and allocation & apportionment of expenses, international portions of federal tax return preparation,
• International tax provision analysis (quarterly and annual), including complex structural and planning transaction analysis,
• Participates in various tax planning activities and research including estimated tax forecasts and other projects that involve a high degree of complexity.
• Research complex tax technical issues
• Leads and participates in ongoing process transformation initiatives
• Works across different functions and levels within the organization

What you need to bring:

Education and experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with a multinational company or accounting firm, tax experience preferred
• MBA is required, CA Semi. Qualified, preferred
• Experience with complex projects and geographically diverse teams
• Flexibility to travel to the U.S.

Knowledge and Skills

• Excellent project management, problem solving and analytical skills, and the ability to execute a project within the scope of tax strategies and initiatives
• Strong accounting and spreadsheet skills (Excel, Access)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ambitious and eager to take on new challenges
