The Role: Talent Sourcing Specialist


The Team:
You will be part of the Global Talent Sourcing Team. Our recruitment team is committed to fostering both individual and team development in a dynamic environment. You will be provided with countless opportunities to learn transferable skills and global recruitment best practices.

This role is key to ensuring the successful recruitment of high-quality and inclusive talent globally in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible.

This role is responsible for shaping focus on inclusiveness and continuous improvements in the quality, time to fill, and cost of hiring.


Responsibilities and Impact:


  • Utilize various sourcing channels to identify potential candidates for open positions.


  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability and interest.


  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and requirements.


  • Participate in intake meetings with recruiters to gain insights into the role and hiring manager expectations.


  • Use market intelligence and research to inform talent acquisition strategies and advise businesses, including data reporting.


  • Maintain an updated and organized candidate database.


  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and recruiters.


  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.


What We’re Looking For:


  • 4-8 years of proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.


  • Strong proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within global, cross-regional teams in a highly matrixed environment.


  • Commitment to adhering to sourcing processes, defined SLAs, consistency, performance targets, and delivery timelines.


  • Strong organizational skills and industry knowledge, including the ability to interpret technology trends, compensation and benefits, and understanding of competitors and market indicators impacting experienced hiring.


Additional Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.


  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting to support talent acquisition strategies.


  • Knowledge of global hiring practices and regional labor markets.


  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
