As the Talent Management Partner, you support specific segments of the region with their Talent Management activities by securing that all the relevant Talent Management tools and processes are effectively rolled out and use them to set a Talent Management implementation strategy relevant for the region and based on the current business needs.
You will support key role readiness in your Region by coordinating talent pipelines, succession planning and deployments for local key roles positions.

This is a full-time position, reporting to the Talent Manager for India.
This position is based at the Support Office in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and requires existing permit to work in India.
