Job Summary:


With direction from the Talent & OD Manager – India, the Talent Management Coordinator is responsible for coordination support of Talent Management (TM) activities across the Middle East region (50% of role) and leading the administration of key Bechtel assessments including 360s, Insights, Hogans, EBW and others (50% of role).


Major Responsibilities:


  • Talent Management coordination (50% of role)
    • Assist the Middle East regional talent management team in support of the overall Talent Management strategy, organizational development and change management efforts to include coordination, data entry, reporting, data analysis, tracking and maintenance of resources and other general administrative activities.
    • Schedule workshop offerings in the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinate local course offerings and provide onsite support during class time, promote employee course registration, and update the LMS with course completions, and other learning and user data.
    • May provide coordination of intern programs using enterprise guidelines. Provide welcome information, coordinate local events/guest speakers and produce intern event calendar, be a resource and guide to support the internship experience at Bechtel.
    • Use enterprise orientation program and guides to assist with the facilitation and coordination of regional new hire orientations.
    • Provide administrative functions for the internal on-line mentoring program for assigned region to include reporting, analysis, and promotion of the program. Provide feedback to mentoring program owner to promote continuous improvement of the program.
    • Develop and execute virtual classrooms for all VILT curriculum
    • Provide training to new VILT facilitators to improve VILT effectiveness and participant experience
    • Host, and sometimes facilitate, live online classroom (virtual) training.; support the virtual delivery production to include operating system issues, and being a time-keeper and resource during the delivery of the class. 
  • Assessments administration (50% of role)
    • Launching, monitoring and closing assessments for Bechtel colleagues across multiple assessments including 360s, Insights, Hogan, EBW and others
    • Responding to queries directed to the Talent Management and 360 inboxes pertaining to these assessments
    • Ensuring credit is provided in Bechtel’s LMS for the completion of 360s, and for 360 debriefs
    • Managing vendor and internal payments pertaining to our assessments
    • Escalating assessment issues to appropriate internal and external POCs
    • Maintaining internal sharepoint sites dedicated to assessments

Education and Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 1-year related experience OR 5 years of overall experience in lieu of degree

Required Knowledge and Skills:


  • Prior experience in assessments administration
  • Prior experience with vendor management
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible and organized.
  • Ability to work autonomously on repetitive tasks (e.g., data entry)
  • Intermediate proficiency working in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Data analytics skills and abilities.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Business Objects and SuccessFactors (Talentworks).
  • Working Conditions:
    • This role requires flexibility to work on various shifts and days to support our operations in different geographies, particularly Middle East.
    • Shift schedule will be reviewed periodically and may be adjusted to align with standard India working hours if feasible as per business needs.
    • The selected candidate for the role will be provided with two weekly offs.
