In this critical role, you will be a driver in the transition to the new talent operating model, responsible for ensuring a robust training plan for the talent function across Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. You will lead the design of a global comprehensive training and upskilling plan, working with global and local markets to ensure it meets the learning needs of each area with the goal of driving the successful adoption of a new talent operating model, processes, and technologies.

Main Responsibilities:
Global Training Plan Development: Create, design, and develop training plans and program that aligns with talent goals, ensuring the upskilling of global teams (GBU/CF), in-country talent teams, RPOs, and Hubs.
Onboarding and Training Design: Design the global onboarding plan in alignment with the Change & Communications strategy, ensuring new team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge of TA & TM processes and tools.
Training Needs Assessment: Assess process and technology elements within the talent acquisition & talent management function to understand training requirements in consultation with managers, team members, and stakeholders.
Integration of Skills and Tech: Integrate the transition to a skills-based organization and the introduction of new/enhanced technology into the global training framework.
Collaboration with Implementation Teams: Work closely with the Implementation Team, including Transition Architects and Managers, for the delivery of training during Knowledge Transfer & Training (KTT) and Service Rehearsal Testing (SRT).
Continuous Assessment and Improvement: Regularly assess the training program during and after delivery to identify areas for improvement and refine strategies based on feedback from earlier waves.
Knowledge Management: Develop and implement knowledge management strategies tailored to the talent acquisition function, ensuring that best practices and organizational knowledge are captured and shared across teams.
Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions and workshops for diverse teams, facilitating the transfer of knowledge on processes, tools, and new technologies. Partner with other functions and teams in their facilitation of content to ensure continuity. Train internal trainers and champions to ensure knowledge retention and wider adoption.
Collaboration: Work closely with P&C, talent teams, business operations and process leads to ensure training and knowledge management practices align with recruitment goals and company strategy.
Evaluation & Reporting: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and knowledge management initiatives, adjusting the approach as necessary to improve training outcomes and ROI. Establish KPIs to measure effectiveness and competency post training
Technology Training: Develop curricula and facilitate training sessions for the latest Talent technologies, ensuring teams are proficient in using these tools effectively.
About you
Experience:
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and knowledge management tools.
Proven experience in training and development, knowledge management, and/or talent acquisition, with a focus on large-scale transformation projects.
Strong experience in designing and delivering global training programs, particularly in the context of talent processes and technologies.
Soft & Technical skills:
Knowledge of talent acquisition & talent management best practices, recruitment trends, and adult learning principles.
Certification in training and development (e.g., SHRM, ATD) and/or knowledge management (e.g., KMCI) is a plus.
Strong skills in creating engaging and effective PowerPoint presentations, Visio flow charts, and other training materials.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage and adjust training strategies based on real-time feedback and evolving business needs.
