Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Talent Operations: Support the Talent Supply Chain stakeholders for resource planning, allocation, Talent Fluidity, Capacity/fulfilment planning across BGSW business units

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with corporate functions and business teams to understand requirements and ensure seamless implementation in the digital tools for Talent Operations.

Digital Tools Implementation: Support to prioritize and plan the implementation of talent operations backlog in discussion with BDO, BD and other IT teams.

User Acceptance: Support in testing digital tools to ensure they meet the required specifications (acceptance tests) and quality standards.

Change Management: Assist in driving change management efforts by providing training and support to end-users so that digital solutions are effectively adopted across the organization.

Data Reporting: Support the tracking of key strategic and operational KPIs. Guide users for reporting data from Planisware and other dashboards.

Process Optimization: Assist in analyzing current Talent Management processes and provide recommendations for automation and UX improvements. Key Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Information Technology, or related fields. An ITIL or Bosch PMQ/PMP certification would be a plus.

Experience: More than 5 years of work experience, preferably in enterprise scale project management systems like Planisware

Technical Proficiency: Experience with configuring PPM platforms like Planisware, MS-Project Server etc

Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and grow.

Problem-Solving: Strong ability to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and provide practical solutions.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and project deliverables.
