Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent & Culture Manager to join our team at Raffles Udaipur, India. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring effective talent management strategies.


  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring of top talent
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs, diversity initiatives, and cultural activities to foster a positive work environment
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in collaboration with department managers
  • Design and facilitate training programs, including new employee orientations, policy training, and service culture workshops
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal requirements
  • Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on career development opportunities
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address organizational development needs
  • Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Lead health and safety initiatives and chair related committees
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making
  • Act as an internal consultant, providing coaching and guidance on HR-related matters to employees and managers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in India
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Passion for creating a positive workplace culture and driving employee satisfaction
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion best practices
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and resilience in the face of changing priorities and challenges
