Job Description

We are seeking an expert Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner with 8-10 years of experience, preferably in the EDA sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various functions. They will play a critical role in ensuring that Siemens EDA (India) Pvt Ltd continues to attract and retain outstanding talent to drive our company's success during and after the demerger process.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Write and post detailed, engaging job descriptions on job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract top talent.
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, industry conferences, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Identify and engage with passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities but are a great fit for Siemens EDA.
  • Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Provide insights to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate expectations.
  • Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and candidates, offering updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Regularly maintain and update the ATS (Avature), Employee Referral Portal, Workday and other tools.
Our Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the EDA industry.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with experience in various recruitment platforms and tools.
  • Global recruitment, preferably EMEA work experience is mandatory
  • Preferred experience from competition like Cadence / Synopsys
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
