People & Organization (HR)- Talent and Leadership (TL) Professional

Join our P&O TL team and help us build the technology that will transform entire industries, cities and even countries. We need a Talent and Leadership (TL) Professional who will enable the development and implementation of talent management strategies, policies, and programs that align with a company’s business goals and support its talent acquisition, retention, and development objectives. This includes, identification of high potentials, talent reviews, talent engagement, leadership development, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

  • You will work with the TL leader, P&O head, and Leaders to deliver a contextual and balance strategy for Talent to grow in service of succession, future readiness and capability enhancement.
  • You will consult on workforce planning and organization design with Leaders to ensure delivery on growth in Business.
  • You will be conferring with the Executives to make recommendations and provide guidance on how to best build a people strategy that achieves aggressive growth agenda.
  • You will be curating and developing a set of people programs that enable the Business and Talent Strategy of the Organization.
  • You will be ensuring right level of participation, engagement and sponsorship from stakeholders and employees to land programs with the intended impact.
  • You will work in collaboration with P&O business partners and business leaders to generate insights from the employee engagement survey (SGES) around Leadership to support subsequent actions that drive improved engagement both across the enterprise and within individual lines of businesses.

70% of the tasks comprises of Strategic Pipeline & Placement and Leadership Development of Global & Regional Key Functions & Incumbents

  • You bring in 10 + years of post-qualification experience of P&O with specialization in Talent Management
  • You are a management graduate from reputed management institutes
  • You’ve a digital attitude, have great communication skills, love to work in teams, are grounded, honest and hard working.
