Your Career as a HR team member

You will be part of AMEA HR team which is a strong connected group of 20 HR professionals, At India team, you will be working with other 4 members and instrumental in supporting our People Strategy for the next big business wave. You will be contributing to our growth strategy with right people practices, positive mindset, growth driven approach and passion to do right things for business..

How You Will Make a Difference

• You will be the Owner of complete recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.
• You will Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
• You will drive pre engagement to post engagement interventions for all new joiners. An extensive and highly elaborate individual program to be owned, scheduled and delivered for everyone
• You shall also manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Workday
• You will be an Expert of Linkedin, social media, other job boards, networking events, employee referrals to source and attract qualified candidates  
• You will support maintaining Dashboard of Recruitment metrics. This requires extensive manual data tracking, so expertise in MS Excel, Power Point and eye to details is a must
• You will bring in strong understanding of Business imperatives and build effective working relationships with all stakeholders
