Job Description
  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment including developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process.
  • Facilitate the implementation of recruitment best practices from regional or corporate office to GBS Manila office
  • Assist on drafting job descriptions in view of building up a comprehensive job description library.
  • Creates a positive candidate experience (for both the selected and non-selected candidates) throughout the entire recruiting process
  • Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed
  • Use proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry related associations, in order to build ongoing passive candidate networks
  • Responsible for job posting on our corporate career site, external career sites and LinkedIn
  • Partner with HRBPs and Hiring Managers on developing, recommending and executing recruitment strategy to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames.
  • Provide status hiring reports to stakeholders
  • Provide external talent market insight
  • Work with HRSS on creation of Job Offer, Pre-employment requirements, and Employment Contract and IT/Admin team on ensuring that all necessary tools and systems are in place.
  • Endorse candidates to third-party vendor for Background Check. Review and escalate (if necessary) results in accordance to Company Policy and Procedures
  • Champion Talent Acquisition activities such as Employee Referral Program, University Partnerships, and Recruitment Marketing and Branding initiatives

Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in Sourcing and Recruiting in a shared service or relative environment
  • Has expertise in managing heterogeneous volume requirements mainly finance and accounting, human resource, marketing operations and legal services
