Job Description


The Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT & Digital Skills) is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates with expertise in IT and digital technologies. They collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a positive candidate experience while staying updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices.


Job Description:


  • Identify, source, and attract top-tier candidates with expertise in IT and digital technologies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., networking, social media, job boards) to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise on competitive hiring practices.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in IT and digital skills recruitment, ideally within a tech company or IT consulting firm.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements in areas such as software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
