Job Title: Talent Acquisition – Sourcing Manager
Location: Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time


The Job


Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager – Global to support our recruiting team and help us place qualified candidates faster. Responsibilities include will be managing Global sourcing team, delivers recruitment services to respective stake holders. Handles highly complex searches for open positions, through to Executive level. May provide day-to-day direction to team, identify the challenges and provide the solution on time. Identifies, attracts, and evaluates candidates through a variety of recruitment channels.


Key Responsibilities
 
• Develop sourcing strategies in accord with TA partners and managers to achieve organization’s short- and long-term hiring goals.
• Manage a team of Global Sourcing Specialists.
• Drive innovative and results-oriented sourcing solutions.
• Build solid working relationships with Talent Acquisition Partners and Internal customers.
• Actively participate during intake meetings with TA Partners and hiring leaders.
• Apply your deep knowledge of online sourcing and networking to build talent pipelines.
• Provide in depth research and market intelligence on competitor organizations.
• Market Map the talent of target organizations ensuring flow of information to TA Partners
• Reach out to passive candidates online and through networking calls.
• Provide timely feedback to shortlisted candidates on their application.
• Provide regular and ad hoc reports as required.
• Other Talent Acquisition duties as deemed necessary.


Essential Requirements


 
• Overall 12+ years of experience into Sourcing.
• Must have 3 – 4 Years of experience in managing Global Team.
• Able to identify problems and present solutions in a timely manner and structured way.
• Exposure towards leadership Sourcing.
• Must have exposure towards different Social Media Handle.
• Must have experience towards Stakeholder Management.
• Experience towards Talent Mapping using LinkedIn and other tools.
• ATS experience is must.


• Must be flexible towards Working from Office.


Desired Skills 


• Workday experience is preferred.
• Some exposure towards Branding will be add-on.
• Exposure towards handling some of the Global TA Projects.

Hybrid working
