We are looking for Talent Acquisition Professional!


Position Overview: The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent for engineering positions, specifically in Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS), and Smart Infrastructure (SI) and IT requirements. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a deep understanding of the engineering landscape, and experience in a shared services environment.


You’ll make a difference by:

Recruitment Strategy Development:


Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs for engineering positions, focusing on BMS, BAS, and SI roles.


Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand workforce needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure alignment with business goals.


Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

Apply various sourcing methods, including networking, job boards, and social media, to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications.


Talent Pipeline Development:

Build and maintain relations with potential candidates for future opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified talent.


Collaboration with HR Team:

Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires and to foster a positive candidate experience.


Your defining qualities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on engineering roles and IT roles in a shared services environment.
  • Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for BMS, BAS, and SI positions.
  • Strong partner management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
