Talent Acquisition Partner


Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition (TA) Recruiter will have responsibility for full life-cycle recruitment including consulting with hiring managers to determine critical capabilities, designing the staffing strategy, sourcing and pre-screening candidates and facilitating debrief meetings to ensure the highest quality candidates are hired. The TA Advisor will also work on projects with the regional talent team to improve upon or implement core talent acquisition processes and tools.


You will be a part of a new TA Center of Expertise (CoE) structure and will work cross-country and cross-functionally as well as participate in TA CoE set up and development. The APAC TA CoE team is in India, Australia and China. This role is based out of Bangalore.


Deliverables


  • Lead all external and internal recruitment for the countries which includes delivering optimal stakeholder management, talent sourcing and recruiting, interviewing solutions, candidate experience, job offers, and feedback mechanisms; develop staffing strategies based on talent market and competitive analysis, benchmarking and survey data
  • Collaborate across segment to advance TA programs that benefit the APAC region as a whole – e.g., Employer Branding initiatives, Sourcing & Selection activities, etc.
  • Continuously build an external talent pipeline; proactively source for high-quality candidates and maintain relationships with talent for future opportunities, create and nurture relationships with external agencies/sources of talent, develop creative and alternative external sources of talent and keep on leading edge of external recruitment best practices
  • Lead the development of TA metrics and analytics to increase the effectiveness of recruitment and selection; provide TA reporting regarding status of current open roles to all stakeholders

Minimum Qualification:


  • Minimum of 9+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (IT/Engineering), preferably in a corporate or agency environment
  • Strong experience in Talent Acquisition including full-cycle recruitment on professional \ white collar roles preferably in a corporate or agency environment
  • Experienced ATS user (Workday knowledge is an advantage)
  • Knowledge and/or experience in direct search and other sourcing techniques
  • Experience in recruitment on IT/Engineering profiles. Knowledge of a railway industry will be an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability as a Talent Advisor with the capability to create comprehensive recruiting strategies and appropriately influence hiring managers in making sound hiring decisions
