We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who’ll be responsible for identifying, designing and facilitating recruitment strategies to enable Signify Innovations Lab achieve its AOP goals and hiring needs. You will engage and collaborate with business stakeholders for translating business directions into actionable hiring needs .


What you’ll do


  • Design & facilitate Recruitment strategies and manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Analyze market / competition and develop segmented talent attraction plans to improve efficiency and accelerate growth
  • Manage, counsel and advice hiring managers on market intelligence and proactively influence decision making
  • Drive market engagement initiatives to build strong employee value proposition
  • Expand the scope of the brand through interventions & communication to incorporate every aspect of the employment experience, people management processes and practices
  • Facilitate the process of identifying productive sourcing channels and creating an engagement model for sustained results
  • Upgrade hiring quality through pro-active talent mapping for critical roles and build an   engagement model for the mapped talent.
  • Foster inclusive workplace that embraces flexible cultures and appreciates diversity in thoughts with end goal of driving innovation to accelerate growth.

What we need


  • A graduate or PG in any discipline with a PG degree or diploma in Management or HRM
  • A minimum of 9 to 11 years of experience in areas of Talent Acquisition especially in Tech hiring , understanding the technology landscape & industry, , high-quality recruitment environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
