Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations of our talent acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing offer management, Branding, employee referrals, social media recruitment, internal job postings (IJP), Contract staffing, MIS and reporting, and campus recruitment. This is a strategic role that combines operational excellence with the ability to drive best practices across the recruitment process.


Offer Management:


  • Oversee the end-to-end offer management process, ensuring timely and accurate offers are aligned with internal compensation guidelines and market trends.
  • Collaborate with HR, compensation teams for offer negotiation, alignment with market standards and the candidate’s qualifications, expectations
  • Coordinate with legal or compliance teams to ensure offer letters meet company and regional legal standards

Branding:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with the company's vision, mission, and culture.
  • Collaborate with HR, marketing, and senior leadership teams to ensure the employer brand resonates both internally and externally.

Employee Referrals:


  • Drive the employee referral program to increase participation and referrals.
  • Work with HR and department heads to create targeted campaigns and rewards for successful employee referrals.

Internal Job Postings (IJP):


  • Ensure effective management of internal job postings, ensuring employees are aware of and can easily apply for open positions.
  • Work with HR and managers to promote internal mobility and career development.

Contract Staffing:


  • Oversee the contract staffing process, ensuring timely hiring of contract employees as per business needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and contractors.

MIS & Reporting:


  • Develop and maintain regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on recruitment data and trends.

Campus Recruitment:


  • Implement efficient campus hiring processes and strategy that aligns hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Manage the campus recruitment process by building and maintaining relationships with top universities and colleges.
  • Organize and execute campus recruitment drives, including workshops, internships, and graduate hire programs.
  • Create employer branding activities and Increase visibility through social media campaigns, partnerships with student organizations, and sponsorship of career events or competitions.
  • Provide students with insights into the company’s culture, values, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, 5+years recruitment operations, with a minimum of 2 years in managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Data-driven with a focus on metrics and reporting.
