Responsibilities
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Refine the interviewing & selection approaches to speed up closures and joining
- Build a healthy talent pipeline to engage and nurture for future conversions
- Implement a recruitment plan to attract high quality applicants
Requirements
- Relevant internship experience (2 to 4 months atleast) in hiring tech/non-tech talent.
- Good understanding of the hiring process.
- Excellent at articulating and communicating the employer brand.
- Naturally good at selling.
- Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn.
- Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment is a big plus.
- Existing network of top quality candidates across skills and experience would be a plus.
