About the role


We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and improve how our company attracts and selects new hires.


Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to our recruiting team, maintaining databases with candidate information.


Ultimately, you will help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees.

You’ll be responsible for


  • Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
  • Build and maintain productive partnerships with regional Talent Acquisition teams
  • Ability to think critically, strategically and multi-task
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects that impact recruiting coordination and the wider talent acquisition team
  • Collaborate and partner with stakeholders across the organization where required – including the Global People Operations team, HR, global mobility, compensation, legal and compliance
  • Be a change champion: advocate for and promote the change that impacts the recruitment coordination team and the recruitment delivery team.
