The Role


As a Talent Acquisition Advisor with Worley you will be responsible for managing executive hiring owning end-to-end talent acquisition process. This role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of executive search methodologies.


  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier executive talent to drive business success.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive executive search strategies and create compelling value propositions to identify and attract top-tier passive talent for leadership positions.
  • Partner closely with senior business leadership teams to understand leadership talent needs, define position requirements, and establish hiring criteria.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, referrals, direct sourcing, and online platforms, to build a robust key talent pipeline of qualified leadership candidates.
  • Leverage short- and long-term relationships with senior talent pools and communities across the industry. 
  • Develop a comprehensive approach that integrates multiple concepts (e.g., community building, business intelligence, leadership talent mapping) to create an innovative sourcing strategy and focus on direct search.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and competency evaluations, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless white-glove candidate experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and best practices in executive search and talent acquisition, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of executive search initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
  • Champion compliance with Worley policies and procedures throughout the Talent Acquisition lifecycle.
  • Support the deployment of the Worley Talent Acquisition model across the region.
  • Strive to deliver a "Best in Class" experience for Candidates, Hiring Managers, and other.
  • Ensure consistent Talent Acquisition processes across the assigned perimeter in alignment with the Worley Global leadership hiring Operating model.
  • Assist with the deployment of TA Evolution project activities and adoption of new models and technologies.
  • Utilize and drive continuous improvements with the Worley Assessment & Selection methodology.
  • Provide training on the Assessment & Selection methodology to stakeholders as required.

About You


To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:


  • 8+ years of strong and progressive experience with the focus on leadership hiring
  • Prior experience in executive search firm and Corporate set up
  • Prior experience in the industries like EPC, Oil and Gas, Chemicals is an advantage.
  • Go-getter attitude and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment
  • MBA / PG in Management
