Role: Tagging & Web Analytics Expert


Location: Hyderabad


About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tagging & Web Analytics Expert to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate web data collection and analysis to support our digital strategies and performance marketing. As a platform owner, you will be responsible for overseeing tagging processes, managing web analytics, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize online presence and user engagement. Your expertise in website analytics and SEO will play a pivotal role in driving insights that enhance our digital marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement and manage web tracking tags, pixels, and analytics scripts across digital platforms.
  • Oversee web analytics tools to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support SEO strategies and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct audits and troubleshooting for data collection and tracking integrity.
  • Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on analytics data to drive improvements in user experience and site performance.
  • Manage and maintain permissions for web analytics tools, ensuring secure and controlled access.
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging existing web analytics systems to improve campaign tracking and measurement.
  • Support stakeholders with analytics insights that guide decision-making.

Preferred Technologies & Tools:


  • Website Analytics Tools: Google Analytics (preferred), Google Tag Manager
  • SEO & SEM Tools: Google Ads, SEMRush
  • Experience with DAM (Digital Asset Management) and PIM (Product Information Management) systems is a plus.

About You:


  • Total of 6 + yrs of proven experience in web analytics and SEO, preferably in a platform ownership role.
  • Strong understanding of tag management systems and the ability to troubleshoot implementation issues.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
  • Experience working with digital marketing teams to optimize campaign performance.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
