About the job

• Consult the business in the identification and definition of business KPIs across all the organization. Shape the BI processes to identify the key metrics that are important for data-driven decision making and make the BI processes easy to use for both technical and non-technical users
• Design and structure the information (KPI’s, dimensions) in the semantic layer, needed for reporting
• Architect and deliver standard reporting by collecting detailed requirements for new standard reports and dashboards, design and build them in accordance with the data governance policies and standards
• Digitalization and automation of reports in Tableau
• Closely collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business needs and then develop solutions that meet those needs
• Enable self-service data discovery for ad-hoc analysis by providing users with the tools and resources they need to access and explore the data and helping them to interpret the emerging insights
• Define the continuous improvement plan and lifecycle for the reporting, including the process for identifying new requirements, developing new features, and retiring old products
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Reporting Governance

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• University Degree preferably in Mathematics, Compute science, Information Management or similar
• 3+years development experience using Tableau
• Experience in SQL(for standard queries and views)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication proficiency and interpersonal skills
• Development skills of data visualization in Tableau
• Tableau Certification required.
