Job Description

What you will do:


  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent globally.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, and networking to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify passive candidates and build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting JCI’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to potential candidates.

How you will do it:


  • Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and adjust as needed.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote JCI’s opportunities.

What we look for:


  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in global talent sourcing or recruitment.
  • Proficiency in the German language is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
