How you will do it
Objectives of this Role
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment
- Source, Screening candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to business
- Consult with stakeholders on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly
- Keep up to date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments
- Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals
- Diversity & Inclusion– be open to diverse talent and support changes to the profile to attract a diverse candidate pipeline
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Liaise with business/stakeholders to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates
- Source, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Build a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated
- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with stakeholders on future hiring needs
- Prepare offer fitments and negotiate with candidate. Seek business and HR approvals
- Keeping a track of candidate till he/she joins
What we look for:
Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream with 6+ years of proven work experience in non IT/Engineering recruitment
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for non-IT roles
- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in HR or similar
- 6+ years non-IT/Engineering recruitment experience in a corporate role
- Exposure to Workday ATS
