What you will be doing:

This role involves working closely with business leaders to understand their data needs and translating these needs into actionable insights and PowerPoint presentations.

• Involve in preparing Executive level presentations.
• Responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing insights, and creating reports to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel.
• Present data findings in a visually appealing and understandable manner in power point presentation.
• Collect, process, and analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data audits and validation.
• Apply statistical methods to analyze data and generate insights.
• Develop and implement predictive models to support business forecasting and decision-making.
• Involve in Technology Recruitment/Lateral Hiring is optional.

What you Bring:

• Proficiency in developing the dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, PowerBI or similar.
• Proficiency in preparing executive level presentation.
• Good understanding of Recruitment Metrices.
• Prior experience in Recruitment will be an added advantage.
