Could you be the full-time T&C Manager in Kanpur, we’re looking for?


Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.


You'll lead the charge in ensuring the successful completion of test and commissioning activities for railway signaling systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Engineering, Field Operation), manage T&C activities, and much more.


You’ll specifically take care of organizing T&C activities, checking compliance with signaling systems, and developing T&C procedures. You'll also be interfacing with engineering and V&V teams to optimize site tests and lead technical discussions with customers.


We’ll look to you for:


  • Managing and executing test and commissioning activities


  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and project targets


  • Developing and optimizing test procedures


  • Providing technical leadership and problem-solving expertise


  • Reporting progress and addressing issues effectively


  • Enhancing team competency and ensuring safety during all tests

  • Master/Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in electronics or embedded systems


  • Experience or understanding of test and commissioning (T&C) or verification and validation (V&V) activities for signaling projects


  • Knowledge of signaling subsystems


  • Familiarity with interfacing across various project stakeholders


  • Effective communication and leadership skills


  • Flexibility and willingness to work in different locations and shifts


  • A driving license
