Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Building Automation projects independently—Specifically, the candidate should
be proficient in Control System software (DDC) programming and Control System
SCADA/Graphics projects. Knowledge/exposure to automation platforms such as Niagara,
Alerton or equivalent will be added advantage.
• Understand, Prepare and/ or execute.
• Sequence of Operation
• Control wiring diagrams
• DDC Applications for HVAC equipment (AHU, VAV, FCU, Chilled Water Systems, Hot Water
Systems etc.)
• Control System SCADA/Graphics
• Control System Field Commissioning and deployment
• Control System functional performance testing
• Proficiency on Tools: AutoCAD (Basic), Revit (Basic), Microsoft Visio will be added
advantage.
• Review inputs, ensure scope clarity, and map customer expectations in actual deliverables.
• Con verse and communicate with the customers' representatives for project initiations,
RFIs & project close-out.
• Ensure quality & specs compliances of deliverables for projects.
• Act as technical interface to customers to ensure that projects are executed within agreed
schedule and budget to meet the customer requirements.
• Identify possible improvement opportunities in processes and standards.
• Ensure end to end project closeout (commissioning support either physically on-field or
over the phone)
• Should have capability to handle and execute multiple projects.
• Build rapport with other cross-function teams ensuring smooth execution of projects.
• Will groom other Junior Engineers on Specific tasks.
• Identify possible improvement opportunities in processes and standards.YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Work Experience: 4-7 years’ Experience in one/more of the following industries: HVAC,
Process Control, BMS Service, EnergyAdditional Information
