Job Summary:
The MES Systems Analyst will work closely with our factory teams to create modern, innovative Manufacturing Operations Management solutions. You will gather and document business requirements to transform our shop floor operations, then work in collaboration with IT development teams to bring these concepts to reality.
In our fast-paced environment, you will manage multiple project priorities simultaneously with tight deadlines using strong problem solving and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with DELMIA Apriso, helping our organization implement an award-winning software and services solution. This role plays a vital role in partnering with business users and delivery teams from internal departments to analyze complex business problems and deliver IT solutions within a single function.
Responsibilities:
•Drive implementation and maintenance of Manufacturing Operations Management systems.
•Work with MES team to perform bug fixes and enhancements, design and develop functionality, perform testing, and implement process changes.
•Create process documentation and training material.
•Maintain server and database health (Windows/MSSQL) to ensure excellent performance for shopfloor users.
•Assist with data analysis and conversion.
•Drive the adoption of standard work processes, standard application functionality and data standards.
•Work with global stakeholders and partners based in different regions with different language/culture.
Qualifications/Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT
•7+ years of professional experience in IT or Manufacturing systems
•Experience in implementing, developing, or upgrading Manufacturing Execution Systems or Manufacturing Operations Management systems, preferablyDELMIA Apriso ((Process Builder, HTML/CSS, Scripting, etc.).
•Hands on manufacturing process knowledge of having work experience in Manufacturing shopfloor execution and process analysis, good understanding of manufacturing bills of material (MBOMS)
•Experience with Windows server administration
•Experience with MS/SQL and/or Oracle databases preferred.
•Understanding of integration to Product Life Cycle Management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) boundary systems
•Understanding of data management tools
