About the team:

The team performs remote datacenter management and user support.

What you will be doing:

• Installing, maintaining, and upgrading internal computer hardware and software systems used for designing and developing client’s company products.
• Controlling user access and managing passwords.
• Monitoring system usage and performance. Training personnel on system usage and best practices.
• Troubleshooting server, software, and hardware issues.
• Researching, evaluating, and recommending software and hardware products.
• Providing new hardware specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth.

What you bring:

• Over 8 years of experience in System Administration across diverse technology environments, proven expertise in remote datacenter management and user support.
• Adaptability to work within a versatile System Administration team, encompassing more than just Linux or Wintel support.
• Proficiency in managing various operating systems, mailboxes, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• A broad system administration mindset, with the capability to build and support Linux servers.
•  Linux background, essential for providing the necessary support for our client’s requirements
