Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on automation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop test plans and test cases.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and ensure the quality of the software.
- Work closely with developers to debug and resolve issues.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Continuously improve the automation framework and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA automation.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in QA automation, including experience with tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exposure to Salesforce
- Exposure to Xray
- Available to work in second / afternoon shift to support US time zone
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with performance testing and load testing tools.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with version control systems such as Github.
- Certification in software testing or quality assurance.
